How to Participate

Participation is free to all secondary schools and vocational schools. Patron teachers with students with bright and innovative ideas across Uganda can apply. The Stanbic National Schools Championship (NSC) designed to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.

Submit Application

Expression of Interest

Patron teachers can apply by filling an expression of interest form on behalf of a student team from their school. New and original ideas are strongly encouraged.

Improve Your Idea

Innovation Challenge

After submitting an Expression of Interest, patron teachers will receive a structured Remote Innovation Challenge to complete together with their students.

Submit your Improved Idea

Final Submission

At this stage, Patron Teachers can now submit their improved and innovative student ideas for final selection and evaluation for bootcamp selection.

Student Spark Application

Vocational and Secondary Schools in Uganda can apply on behalf of their students with innovative projects & business ideas. Start your journey in the Stanbic National Schools Championship (NSC) season 11 by submitting your interest to participate in the Student Spark Category.

Alumni and Business Fellowship

Alumni teachers and alumni students who previously participated in NSC may apply for the Business Fellowship category. Only recent alumni from the 2024 and 2025 seasons are eligible to apply through an expression of interest.

Applications to the Business Fellowship are by invitation only.
